Processing Time All physical orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 3–5 business days after processing.

Digital Products Digital items are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for your download link. If you don’t receive it within 15 minutes, contact us directly.

Exclusive Access Items Some products are invite-only. If you received a private link via Facebook Messenger, text, or direct communication, you’re good to go. Otherwise, please do not purchase—unauthorized orders may be canceled.

Shipping Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
